Arrests in Tanintharyi
On May 20, at around 11:30 am, the Junta forcibly arrested Ma Moe Myint Chel, a health worker involved in the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM), in the Khrutaw ward of Myeik.
Two underaged kids from Myeik, arrested and shown to public for terrorist activities (participating in peaceful demonstrations).
At 10:00 am on May 11, the Junta arrested Ko Soe Htike Oo aka Ko Khin Maung Latt, a protest leader and a former student at Dawei Technological University, in Bogyawtaw Ward in Dawei. He was charged on May 21 under Section 505-A / 505 (c) of the Penal Code.
